Transfer of Title and Risk

Delivery to the carrier constitutes delivery of the goods to you, and the risk of loss or damage thereafter passes to you. Any claim by you for damage in transit or during delivery should be made directly to the carrier. Your claim for any shortage or damage occurring prior to delivery of the goods to the carrier by STABBER must be made within five (5) days of receipt of the goods and accompanied by the original shipping documents signed by the carrier. Notwithstanding the transfer of risk of loss to you, title to and possession of the goods sold hereunder shall remain with STABBER until all payments under this agreement, including deferred payments evidenced by notes or otherwise, interest, holding charges shall be paid in cash.

Disposal

We may assign, subcontract, or otherwise dispose of our rights and/or obligations under these Terms of Use without notice to you or your consent. You may not assign, subcontract, or otherwise deal with your rights and/or obligations under these Terms of Use.
